Sustainable Management (1/2)

In order to contribute and improve the quality of services provided, the qualification and sustainable management of the venture, the Pousada Corais e Conchas participated in the “Programa Bem Receber” which is an initiative of the Ministry of Tourism, SEBRAE and the Institute of Hospitality.

Pousada Corais e Conchas established its policy of quality committed to Sustainable Tourism, to promote continuous improvement of its operations in order to:

1. Preserve the environment according to existing legislation;
2. Meet the expectations of customers, employees, owners, suppliers and the local community;
3. Encourage and act to improve access to culture and education of employees and the local community;
4. Attract and keep guests, and multiply all sympathizers of the sustainable ecological tourism;
5. Reveal the policy closely with guests, employees, local communities, suppliers and service providers, local associations, and the general public so that it is known and implemented.
